Does the FRT fit the Glock 19?

Yes. The Glock 19 (compact 9mm) and the Glock 19X use the standard Glock trigger assembly, so the flat-face billet FRT shoe and reset components fit Gen 1 through Gen 6. The 19 is one of the easiest platforms to get running because the compact frame and slide velocity suit the mechanical reset.

Fitment by generation

• Glock 19 Gen 3 — the most straightforward fit; the round reset is usually closest to drop-in.
• Glock 19 Gen 4 — fits the same way; no slide-release change needed.
• Glock 19 Gen 5 / 19X — fits, but swap the factory ambidextrous slide release for a Gen 4 slide release or it will interfere with the trigger bar.

A 20 lb (or heavier) recoil spring and a 3.5 lb trigger kit with connector usually make the reset more consistent on a 19. Full steps are in the installation guide.

Does the Glock 19 FRT make the pistol automatic?

No. It is a semi-automatic forced reset trigger. One pull fires one round; the reset just returns the trigger forward faster.

Does it fit a Gen 5 Glock 19 or the 19X?

Yes, both fit. Gen 5 and 19X pistols need the factory ambidextrous slide release swapped for a Gen 4 slide release.
