Two ways to check out: card or crypto. Both take about a minute and both send you a receipt by email.
Choose Card at checkout, fill in your email and shipping address, and continue. You will land on a secure, encrypted payment page where you enter your card details — Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. We never see or store your card number. Once the payment clears, your order is queued for dispatch and you get a confirmation email.
Choose Crypto and pick the coin and network you want to send from:
The site then shows you three things: a QR code, the exact amount to send, and the payment address. Send the exact amount from your wallet or exchange. The page watches the blockchain for you — when the network confirms your payment (usually a minute or two) it flips to “Payment received” on its own. You do not need to send us a screenshot or a transaction ID.
Send the exact amount, on the network you selected. If you pick USDC on Polygon, send USDC on Polygon. Sending a different coin or a different network can delay your order while we sort it out manually.

Card refunds go back to the card. Crypto refunds are sent back to the address you paid from, in the same coin, minus network fees. Email [email protected] to start either.
