Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days with tracking. Delivery timescales after dispatch are the carrier's. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will open a claim and make it right.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery — email us first so we can issue instructions. Items that have been fitted, filed, trimmed or otherwise modified cannot be returned. Faulty items are replaced or refunded.
